Advocate Charitable Foundation, in support of Advocate Healthcare
The Field Museum of Natural History | Chicago, Illinois | October 3rd, 2015
Provide design and general
contractor services in celebration of
Advocate Health Care’s 20th anniversary.
“An Evening to Inspire” was held at
The Field Museum of Natural History
in Chicago and included a performance
by Aretha Franklin.
Elevated event design with a site-specific
installation to meet client’s request of
“something never done before.”
It was essential to execute a vision
that would make jaws drop yet blend
seamlessly into the evening.
A beautiful, one-of-a-kind glass “tent” constructed over the steps of The Field Museum. Using the natural beauty of the museum’s architecture and the backdrop of the city skyline, we created a custom structure to bring the outdoors in.
Due to a tight timeline and complex
coordination with other vendors,
we enlisted an engineer and permit
expeditor to ensure sound
construction was achieved, that
both met regulations, and fulfilled
the innovative design concept.
An extraordinary evening!
The glass tent served as the focal point
and design centerpiece for the gala.
Both the client and attendees were in awe of the structure, and enjoyed a beautiful evening under the stars.
“Thank you for bringing our event to life! Your dedication to getting a one-of-a-kind custom tent built and making sure every detail was perfect is so appreciated!”
